Media Pro 1.3.2. 58847 german
Hi
i reveived and installed the new media pro 1.3.2. 58847 on my mac.
With the older version i could import my photos and organise them.
When i saved my pictures on a dvd and removed them from my hard disk
the old media pro still had the previews, all information and the organisation stored.
With new version all is gone. The previews vanish, the organisation (Katalogsätze) too.
Is this the new concept? Is it no longer possible to store pictures on a dvd and remove from the hard disk?
Is there a way to make the new version work the way i want?
Thanks a lot for your interest.
regards
theo

I don't use a dvd for backup, only an external hardrive. I know that I can move my photos from the pc internal drive to the external with no problems.0 -
I only tested some older versions of Media Pro so i'm not 100% sure but i do not think PhaseOne has changed this option.
What happens when you delete the original image?
What shoud happen is that the preview still remains visable but that his path becomes red. In this movie you can see that this is not happening in my first testing with MP but that the previes remains visable:
