Settings90 and Settings91 folders

On some of my older sessions, session folders like Selects include a Capture One subfolder and that in turn includes folders called Settings90, Settings 91 and Settings 100. For sessions created with older versions of Capture One, the Settings100 folder seems to be created when the session is updated to use with version 10. Initially at least (until I do some work on the images) the contents of the old Settings91 folder appear to be identical to the contents of the new Settings 100 folder. Can the old Settings90 and Settings91 folders be safely deleted?
