You can change the location of images or folders of images after you have imported them into the CO8 catalog.

    There are basically two methods:
    - you move them within CO8, from the Library tool, Folders section
    - you move them outside CO8, from Finder for example, and relocate the images from the Library tool, Folders section

Aha. I was worrying I'd have to individually locate each moved image, but I don't. I instead moved them back to where Capture One was expecting them to be, and then I did the move again, this time from within the Folders section of Capture One's Library tab.

I am still stuck. I imported my pictures onto the wrong disk and I want to move them along with the edits to the right disk. When I select the folder in the Folder section and try to drag it to the right disk, nothing on the target disk highlights and I can't seem to drag the source folder to my preferred destination.

Plus, not all the folders on the destination disk are showing up.

    What am I missing?

You can not move folders from the Library > Folders section. You can add a folder and move images to that folder.

    Maybe this also helps: http://imagealchemist.net/catalogs-in-depth-part-2/
