First import from CF card only Jpegs import??

I saw this in another forum. I am having the same problem with my C-1.
When I first import in a new session. Only the Jpegs import from the CF card. IS anybody else had this problem? Running a MAc powerbook 17 inch and a G5 dual 2.0 tower.
Happens on both machines.
Thanks for any help.. I have to eject the card and import again..

    I've seen this a lot. USUALLY it only happens on the 1st import, but sometimes on others as well. This and the occasional \"0 captures on card\" message has led me to do all my importing in the Finder. It's faster and safer this way.
