Tool selection broken

Since updating to the latest version 7.1.4, the tools drop down menu is no longer working, e.g. the brush tool will not expand to the choice of brush, eraser and gradient, it is stuck in brush.

Anyone else with the same problem?

  Mine is ok. Try renaming this file (put .old on the end) and starting CO up. If it fixes it you will have to go back into your CO preferences as they will be reset. If it doesn't help then you can remove the new version (created during startup) of the file and rename your old file back to the original name which will preserve your preferences.

  Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately no luck, still does not work.

  Problem solved, it has to do with me setting new gestures on the trackpad, stupid me.
