Wacom Inuos Pro - cycle layers not working with Touch Ring

Having watched the webinar from 2018 recently I set about following David's instructions for this particular function but it doesn't work. The shortcut key is ;' according to the webinar but whilst it worked on David's tablet it isn't working on mine. Any suggestions anybody? I can't find any reference to the shortcut anywhere so do I need to create a custom set of keyboard shortcuts first?

    Okay I've answered my own question - I have to create a custom set of Keyboard Shortcuts first. It now works.

    Be sure to save the set with your own naming convention rather than overwriting the Phase provide default settings.

    If you don't the next maintenance release will overwrite your changes and you will lack an instant reversion to your preferred settings.
