In addition, I did the following in an attempt to eliminate the crop:
I dragged an image from another session into the current session. It was purposely an uncropped image. The image appeared properly (uncropped) - so I selected all the thumbnails, then applied to all selected thumbnails. The thumbnails updated themselves showing the crop being eliminated, BUT the preview window doesn't correspond in the same way to the change. It still retained the crop as previous. And the process window confirms that same crop size.
This appears to be QUITE a glitch!

    Any comments?
I updated to 3.75 earlier today - no change.

    Thanks,

    Glen

    Glen,

With the Crop Tool, what happens when you click outside of the crop
on the Preview image or outside of Preview altogether ? - go away?

Quit C1 Pro, find the capture folder, find the capture one setting folder, find the image setting folder, then delete the plist for the file you are looking for.
This a bit exteme but it will work.....................

BE WARNED THAT BY DELETING THE PLIST FOR THIS FILE , YOU ARE DELETING THE COLOR BALANCE,TONAL CORRECTIONS , ROTATION, ETC THAT YOU APPLIED TO THAT FILE.

You can always reapply the changes to that file

i am having this issue as well. is this a known issue and there is NO solution but to delete the pref file for the image?

again, why on earth is there such a huge difference between the windows version and the mac version of capture one?!?

Sounds like you have a small amount of arbitrary rotation applied to the image. Go into the rotation tool and reset the rotation.
