MAC and Windows Compatibility

If I had a MAC laptop and did some pre-editing there. Then, transferred the images and catalog to finish off on my Windows 7 machine, would the adjustments carry over?

    Yep, both Sessions and Catalogs, and all their settings, can be opened on the opposite platform.
