Right-click menu in local adjustments offset

When I right-click in local adjustment mode, the brush palette appears, but offset from the cursor by some distance. If I don't move my cursor to where the palette is located quickly, it disappears. I can work this way but it is quite frustrating.

  Using 9.3 and Windows 7 Pro when I right click as you describe with the cursor in a Viewer window the Brush options adjustment appears directly under the cursor position.
  
  That would suggest that there may be some other setting or settings, probably in Windows or related to the some hardware based screen handling (GPU driver?) that is making things work differently.
  
  If it is always like that and re-start/reboot system does not change anything I would suggest creating a Support Case to see if Phase have any previous reports of the phenomenon and perhaps a solution. (Unless someone else here has experienced the same thing and can help directly.)

  This does happen every time, regardless of shut down/restart.
