Pixeldropouts with Leica Q2

I have serious pixel dropouts going ISO 800+ with my Leica Q2 in C1. Less dropouts are visible in Lightroom. Leica does not respond. Anyone have the same problems? Especially in low light (ISO 800 to 3200 max)?

    Same here :/ I'm using the Single Pixel tool but it only works in preview, JPEG still has dropouts after export
