Well, I had to remove everything and start from scratch and now it processes the files but it won't imbed the color profile Adobe RGB to the finished jpeg and yes I choose that option in C1. And also when opened in Photoshop CS2 the finished jpeg has much more contrast and is way darker than what you see in C1 Le.
This could of course have something to do with the missing profile. How do I get thew profiles to become imbedded in the file?

    janne,

The LE version for Mac does not have the ability to establish multiple Sessions, it has 1 Default Session.
Work on one Session at a time moving files in/out of the Default Folders of:
    Captures - contain RAWs
Trash - images deleted from Session but still able to restore
Processed - processed TIFF and JPEG images
You don't need to create these folders as they are always there.
Some create multiple Favorites folders, but this can be a bit messy.

If comparing color with other programs, be sure monitor color calibration file is loaded correctly at Preferences > Color Management.
Also be sure you are using the exact same color profile in both programs.
Default soft proofing in Photoshop is CMYK, so if you have not changed this you may see quite a difference.
What is set at the Process Destination for Profile: will determine what color space the Preview and Thumbnails will be displayed in.
If the Process Destination settings are correct, then the color Profile set will absolutely be embedded in the resultant image.
Also check Color Management to be set: Rendering Intent: Perceptual and Quality: Best

    Regards,
