Application prefrences corrupt

I went to open 5.2.1 today and received this message:

"The application preferences at %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Phase_One\ are corrupt. Please correct or delete them and then restart the program."

Problem is, I'm running Windows 7 and I can't seem to find this pathway anywhere. Anyone have any ideas?

  It is a hidden folder in Win7 and Vista. In folder properties (Tools menu, Folder Options, View tab, Advanced Settings list; press Alt to see the menu bar), set to show the hidden files/folders, and you will be able to go there.
  
  You might find multiple CaptureOne.ex_Url subfolders in the Phase_One folder. Just clear the Phase_One folder and start CO5 again. You might need to set the Preferences again if you did before.
  
  It is a good practice to hide hidden folders again in the folder properties after you're done.
