it seems that V6 sessions migrated to V7 cause the crash. new sessions in V7 are fine. anyone else see this?

    Hi Edward,
Good to know, Thanks. I assume you are using Ver. 7 to process files?

yeah and now i cannot even get it to open these V6 sessions at all. i've must have tried 12 times in a row, restart, etc.
    tried a bunch of sessions.
i have a support case going - i'm sure they are going to say i have a corrupt session file but it seems to act the same on every migrated V6 session I try.
really annoying. I have to finish processing stuff but can't access all of the work i did in V7 in V6. par for the course.

workaround is to access those updated V6 sessions through a dummy V7 session.

    Hi Edward.
I have this same problems. I'm also using 10.6.8 OS.

    Processor Name: Quad-Core Intel Xeon
    Processor Speed: 2.8 GHz
    12 GB RAM.

Im looking for some solution. Maybe OS upgrade could resolve this problem..

Can You tell me, what camera You are using? Is Your files loading slower in C1 7 than in 6 version?

    Edit:
You can try to delete phaseone prefs files.
    user/Library/Preferences/com.phaseone.captureone7.xxx

If You are customizing Your workspace, save it before deleting prefs.

did that. tried verifying the sessions, didn't work.
i will not update my OS - everything works too perfect and I do not want icloud, notifications, etc.
V7 was working ok for just processing files (except the sliders reset to zero often - my other thread)
so I made a new blank V7 session and use that to access the V6-V7 sessions, while waiting to see if support can figure it out.
