Support Problem
I have several problems, firstly, I can't contact Phase One:
I have tried putting in my email and having my password sent to me and the page says "Password sent" or something along those lines. For several days, it has claimed that a password was sent, but it has not arrived and I can't get onto tech support with Phase One.
Now my other, more important problem: I just got a new MacBook Pro and installed C1 on it, but the information (registration) was saved on the old computer which is now a goner - that info is long gone. So now I can't activate C1 and I want to b/c of problem 3:
I can't shoot with my 1ds Mark2 tethered - it won't recognize it. It does recognize the 5d and has no problem, but somehow it won't recognize the 1dsm2. My suspicion is that C1 needs to be updated from 3.7.3 to be able to recognize the 1dsm2, but I can't figure that out until I get my number, and I can't do that until Phase One actually contacts me with my password so that I can actually contact them.
UPDATE: I just tried connecting the 1dsm2 by USB - it won't connect that way either, so...?

Let's see if we can take care of all of your questions.
1. The mail is sent from noreply@phaseone.com. Make sure that spam/junk filter has not picked up / blocked the mail.
2. You should upgrade to 3.7.4 which is the first version that is universal binary and takes full advantage of the Intel processor that is in a Mac Book Pro.
3. You can not connect your 1dsmkii through USB. This is for direct printing (compatible Canon printers) only.
Use Firewire instead.
p.s firewire is faster then USB anyway. 😄0 -

Go to www.phaseone.com. Click on Login at the top and then click on Sign-Up.
Create a new profile based on a different e-mail address.0
