Am I wrong? Can't you open an EIP in PS Camera RAW?

    No you can't.

    EIP is a proprietary format for Capture One. Secondly, most of the data in it is only useful and readable in the Capture One pipeline.

    If you need to use the RAW file in Adobe workflow then unpack the file in Capture One to extract it from the EIP wrapper, then load it as normal.
