copy metadata from one file to another?

I want to copy the metadata from author/copyright through keywords from one file to other images in that folder, and cannot find any info or commands that seem to do this ... other than creating a metadata template that would then need to be tossed ... but that doesn't even seem to allow to copy keywords also ...

  Select the image you wish to copy from then also select the ones you wish to copy to, then go to Scripts > Annotate and select the first one in the list "Copy From Head Of Selection.vbs"
