Capture One Fee increased by 50% without any information!!
I have subscribed to capture one last year for a 8€/month fee. Last month I got informed that my subscription will renew automatically. But I got absolutely NO INFO about the fee-increase of 4€ to 12€/month.
I have NEVER agreed to this new price. The only way to contact phaseone is the technical support. I have asked for immediate cancellation of my subscription. If this does not happen I will take any possible legal steps.

First year had a special discount and this is the regular price. It also caught me by surprise when it auto-renewed. I've now disabled auto-renew and am not going to renew the subscription when it expires. 0 -
Yes, the way this has been pulled off has been absolutely disgusting.
You don't add a stipulation in small-type and expect us to remember it a year later. This is unethical. It could have even been added to the last 2-3 invoices sent to my e-mail warning me.
