Regarding your support case, check the status online.

Working with sessions, deleting works as advertised on my CO 7.2 setup. You can find the shortcuts in the File menu:
    - Move to Trash: Cmd+BackSpace
    - Delete Permanently: Ctrl+Cmd+BackSpace
Hitting BackSpace key only, without Cmd-key, also moves the image to trash. Note that the BackSpace key is a.k.a. the Delete key on Apple.

You might want to repair permissions on your systems. It does not hurt but often helps.

Has anyone an answer why Capture One 7.2 does not support the DELETE-Key on an Win7 laptop?

In preveous versions I could use the delete key but version 7.1 and 7.2 Capture One seams not to support the function of the delete key.

Am I the only one who uses the delete-key?

    Hi again,

First, I apologize for answering from Mac in my earlier post, while you are on Windows. I did some Windows exercises and did not find any abnormality in 7.2. The Delete-key on a extended keyboard of my desktop computer also moves images to trash.

Now you asked about the Delete-key on a notebook. OK, hold on. Is it really the Delete-key or the Backspace key (large key, upper right corner). Do you have a 'real' Delete-key, or do you create it with a Fn+key (like Fn+Backspace) combination?
