Help with Processing Will not process now

I've been using Capture One Pro 3.7 for about 4 months now and has been a great program. Unfortunately, I ran into a probelm today that I just can't figure out. I ran out of space on the computer for Capture One to continue to process images. No biggie emptied old files onto a server and got my space back up to 31Gigs. I come back to Capture One to start processing some new images and it will not process. It puts the yellow wheel in the corner of the image but the status bar that appears on the right that states \"1 of 2\" etc. doesn't appear whatsoever. The images with the yellow wheel do not show up in the processed folder either. It hasn't displayed any error windows. The software has been quite out of and the mac has been restarted, shut down and restarted a couple of times to attempt to clear it up. Any help would be appreciated.
