Back to Basics - - Image Selection
Appologies asking such a basic question - but I am stucked on a simple task as it seems.
For a given image I want to assign a LCC profil, which - as I currently understand - needs to select at the same time both the image and the LCC profil and then assign the latter to the image. Hurdle is that in my catalog the two images are in sperate folders and I fail to bring both images up into the viewer or have them selected both at the same time...as it seems that once I switch folders the selection is canceled. (Curently I mark both of them, say as "red", and filter my catalog then, but that seems rather clumsy, or?)
Admitting to be as a newbie still not used to the concept and handling of variants - which I suspect to probably solve my issue - it seem that I missed a general point here?
Any advise or hint is welcome. Thx in advance.

You can put them in an album (it can be an existing one or a new one) and select that album. I haven't tried this but you might even be able to create a smart album with all pictures made with that lens, which might improve the quality of the LCC profile. 0
