output sharpening for 4x6' prints?

Hi - I want to print out some images to make into cards. Is output sharpening necessary for that size, other than what I would normally add? Usually I leave sharpening alone unless I see anything obvious that needs it. I see they offer a preset for print but I imagine it means enlargements. Thanks.

    See the most recent webinar on the YouTube channel. David Grover explains that sharpness can be degraded both by enlarging an image and by shrinking it. He also shows exactly how to use the sharpening for output feature when preparing an image for print.
