No, looks fine to me. Identical to a TIFF export.

What colour profile are you using?

I keep everything in the workflow in AdobeRGB. Will process out final files in ProPhoto RGB for printing if needed.

Here's the best I could do to show what I'm talking about.

I see the highlight loss in the band that wraps around her forehead. Only change to the image was that the background was filled in with white, nothing was touched on her.

My WB goes from Custom to Shot when I send to PSD, yours to "off" Dunno what that's telling you.

Not sure why you clip to AdobeRGB to edit and then go to a wider gamut (Prophoto) to print. I'm no expert, but I think it makes more sense to do everything in Prophoto and then reduce the gamut to print, or to stick to AdobeRGB throughout. That's not pertinent to your problem though

Are you using 16-bit? If not does that change the result?

Have you actually edited the file in Affinity or Photoshop to get this, or does it appear on export?

Don't know what is giving you a problem, but compare the files produced with
    exporting to TIFF
    exporting to PSD
    Edit with TIFF
    Edit with PSD
