Capture one 4.8.3 freeze on quit

I'm using 4.8.3 on an Intel 2.66 dual core Mac running OS X 10.6.1 and every time I quit capture one I get a beach ball and the app freezes. It doesn't affect anything else - just capture one.

Any ideas?
