"parameter incorrect" bug still not fixed in C1

In C1 3.7 rc, is there any way around the \"the parameter is incorrect\" error that you get when trying to apply settings to multiple images shot with Capture One 3.2?
I very much appreciate the new features that C1 Pro offers, but will not give Phase One any more money until this is fixed! We have an archive of hundreds of thousands of images that we need to access and enhance months after they were shot. This means that a set of images shot with Capture One 2.9 or 3.2 will be handled with much newer versions, but we can't afford to apply settings individually. I have installed and immediatly uninstalled the last 3 updates to C1 pro because of that problem, and I am certainly not the only one to have reported the problem... any answer?

    Was good seeing you at Focus in Birmingham.

    This is not a bug, this is a setting that has gone wrong on your computer.
    Follw this procedure before updating and you will not have the problem.

    Was good to see you too, and I have to say that I was very impressed by the PhaseOne stand at the NEC.

    Thank you for your help with the driver issue. I have done what it said in the support article, but I am still having no luck. Any idea?
