Removing the skeuomorphic leather toolbar

This may have been mentioned before but if not, the leather effect toolbar can be replaced by editing the leather.tiff image within the Capture One program package. Replacing it with a solid RGB 42,40,40 looks good.

(Obviously you do this at your own risk but if you know your way around OSX, you'll find this very easy)
