Trying to load saved Levels and Curves setting?

Hey,
Yesterday, I created a set of levels in combination with a curve setting that I liked for creating B&W's from color image. However, now when I try loading that saved setting, the setting is greyed out and it does not allow me access to that saved setting list. Anyone know if there is either a glitch with the sw, or if I am doing something wrong. Note: I am attempting to apply the setting to Nef files only and not Jpg's!

    This works fine in 3.7.5 on my system.
    May be a permissions issue depending on Where you saved.

    These files get saved in default location of:
    ~user/Library/Application Support / Phase One / Exposure Settings
