Import Metadata Fields

How do I get the meta data defined when batch importing images to include not only "Copyright" and "Description" but also include the following:
"IPTC - Contact" information:
"Creator"
"Creator's Job Title"
"Address"
"City"
"State/Province"
"Postal code"
"Country"
"Phone(s)"
"E-Mail(s)"
"Website(s)"
"IPTC - Status" information
"Copyright Notice"
"Rights usage terms"

  What you can do is the following.
  Take a photo and fill the metadata fields you want of fill during import and save them in a user preset. I named it 'Contact'. During import you can select the style under Adjustments in the import screen.
  You can stack more then one style, so if you want to add more styles during import you can do that, i.e. placed you visit regular.

  Thanks Martin. That's exactly what I was looking for. I have been using presets, but applying them after importing the images. This will save me the extra step and lots of time.
