Problem with adjustments display in the main window

a friend who installed Capture One 8 has a display problem.
Changes brightness, contrast, etc. are not displayed on the main picture, for against it can see the changes in the corresponding thumbnail. By cons, if he asks for a main window F10 'floating', in this case it is easy to see the changes apply.

Its rings a bell, or in other words, I believe I have heard something before.
I suggest your friend updates to the latest version of CO8, if not done already, creates a new session or catalog and if that does not help, deletes the program's preferences. Also toggling off and on off the OpenCL setting is worth trying.0 -
