Image loads sharp then gets soft

I'm sure this question has probably been answered a million times but i can't seem to find an answer nor can I solve the problem.

When i Select FIT so that i can see my entire image at one time the images loads in the window and looks sharp but then a second later it's like an unsharp preview replaces it. If i view at say 25% everything looks sharp and good, seems to only be when i select Fit and want to preview the entire image.

This is driving me crazy, I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this for me.

    It's most likely due to the default noise reduction C1 applies. You can select the level of noise reduction, including none, and apply that to all images at import then manually adjust noise reduction as necessary.
