3.7.6 crashing
I run Capture One PRO 3.7.6 from either my laptop or desktop pc, tethered to a Canon 1Ds and have done successfully for several years, however, the version on my desktop Pc refuses to run without the hourglass of doom (not responding) appearing after one or 2 clicks of anything. It is a high spec pc that worked quite happily with it up until recently. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times, run a registry cleaner etc without any improvement. Could it be a recent windows (XP sp2) update or something else ?

Suggest a complete Uninstall following Knowledge Base:

Download and Clean Install 3.7.6
Be sure install is to Local C: and you have full Administrative privileges.
