No lens information in C1 when using jpg

CAPTURE NIKON D700
my issue to Phase one,
when i shoot images in jpg C1 don't shows me the completely informations in Exif Metadate bare . such like the lens name or type..
but the same image in RAW " NEF" all information are been showed.
Ahhhh ! Hallo........ Phase One ! Good Morning or Good Afternoon 😂

    I've just downloaded sample D700 jpeg from http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/D ... TBSAT4.HTM
    then inserted it into my catalog. And C1 perfectly displays metadata including lens info. If you lens do not transmit that data to camera then it will be not recorded there. Any specific lens?
    PS> Using C1 8.3.3

    PS2> You communication attitude looks a bit weird, and we not at teenager game support forum.

    my feedback : i download the sample image that you posted here,, C1 8.3.3 doesn't shows any information about the lens
    to make it moor believable , here my question : way dos C1 shows the information in RAW format correctly ? way Media Pro shows it also ?

    i am sorry about my teenager beavers in this Forum here.
    but i am getting little disappointing .. for sending Feedbacks and searching for Bugs a software that i payed for it.
    i am still a user and not a software developer .

    Keith Reeder, Why you are jumping in a middle of discussion, like coming from nowhere?
    Again see a point, that it suppose to be user support forum, not a private discussion forum. Blame without point does not make any sense, and emotions are not bringing us closer to solution. The more specific questions, asked the more specific answer will be received, for all.


    CAPTURE NIKON D700 Thank you so much for posting screenshot, kinda fun when I switched my machine to German I was able to reproduce bug that you talking about.

    Just create a support ticket. Indicating that you primary language is german.
