Square appears with spot tool

I have a trial version of C1 8.
I'm having problems with spot removal on Canon 5D mark III and Leica S2 files. When I process files with my spot removal tool a strange squares appears on my pictures.
Can You help me please.

    Do you by any change use the local white balance as well?

    When I use local white balance or when I use local heal or clone to repair my spots - everything is ok but when I use spot removal tool yellow squares appears on my screen.
