New MacBook
Just from first glance, it looks like the new MacBook is going to be a non-starter for use with C1Pro. Unfortunate considering the amazing battery life. I would be interested in hearing what the bus power truly is from anyone who happens to buy one and has the means to properly test it.

Why do you say that? I use a Macbook Pro (Retina) with C1 (though also an iMac).

Oh, you mean the new one they've announced today. But still, why do you say that?

Macbook?
Surely people will just use the Watch?

I guess I should be more specific... I am talking mainly about tethered shooting. The new connectivity is the major question mark for me. Is this "one port to rule them all" solution going to play nice with tethered capture? I have my doubts. When we start seeing the availability of USB-C adapters, hubs, etc and get a real life read on the bus power, then we will know for sure.
And yes SFA... I'm pretty sure we are all going to be shooting wirelessly to our watches which will then wirelessly copy the data onto our phone and server automatically. You think the solid gold one will fly on my expense report? 😂0 -

Is that the $10k version? Clearly the additional performance will fully justify the investment - I'm sure the Lawmakers will agree, once they have seen the benefits for themselves.
