Christian, thanks for the speedy response.

As you can imagine, the files are pretty hefty. What is the best way to get them to you?

    Best.

Make them available in dropbox, we-transfer or the like, so other users can chime in as well.

You'll find the images here, exported direct to TIFF format with no editing done:

NOW the strange piece is that when exported the C1 file is if anything brighter than the LR file... while on my screen it is completely the opposite, and to be honest, in C1 it looks as though we are looking at the image through a veil of some sort. Maybe that's an exaggeration but you get the idea. The colours just don't pop.

I'm using an Apple 27" Thunderbolt display with a 2012 Mac Mini with 16GB RAM and Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB. When I compare them on my MBAir, same issue: the C1 image is dull.

IMHO, the exported C1 image looks great compared to LR. But LR is consistent with what I see on screen - so I know what I'm getting.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Hi, Christian.

I've added screenshots as well as the TIFFs:

    Hope this helps.

Just got the following answer from C1 tech support - it took them all of 5 minutes to reply. Brilliant.

Looks like you are proofing in CMYK in Capture One. Go to the View Menu > Proof Profile. Once there make sure you are set to "Selected Recipe." then in your Output tab, make sure you have selected the same process recipe that you are using to process (nabled means that it has a check box, selected means the entire process recipe name is highlighted and you can change the settings of it). Capture One will then display the files using the ICC profile of that recipe and thus be what you see is what you get.

This was the issue. Consider it solved.

    Many thanks, C1 Support.
