    Since CO7 there is a browser option to connect to CO, as you might be aware of. As this mitigates the omission for a dedicated app for non-Apple platforms I believe chances are low for other dedicated apps in the short term.

    You can always put your request directly to Phase One in a support case.

    As I understand it, yes, although I suppose it is possible that some combinations of Tablet and Browser might not play well together with Capture Pilot.

    However as far as I know the browser based functionality is not as complete as the iOS version. Technical reasons. The online help covers this in detail but basically in the web browser you can view and rate images but not operate the camera controls.

    That means that if your need is to use Capture Pilot as a camera control device as well as for ratings then the correct answer to your question is "No". But it you just want to share a live shoot and allow others to view and rate images then the answer is "yes".
