Copy/Paste Adjustments Broken with 11.3.1 Update

The most recent update has broken some basic functionality of the program. I get an error when copy/pasting image adjustments to tif files. I've had to downgrade to the older version to get this functionality back. Makes me worry when such an incredibly important core feature of the program becomes broken with a simple update.

  The release notes say that it is a service release adding perpetual licence options for the Fuji version. Unless that is what you are using, it may be that you are not missing anything by going back.
