C1 Compatibility issues with Canon 1Ds MK II .CR2 files
Hi,
I've been having compatibility issue with .CR2 images shot on Canon 1Ds Mark II. Capture One V.5x or v.6x does not allow me to make exposure/color or any other adjustments when i open .CR2 files although these versions of Capture One support this camera. All the images opens in the browser, they can't be tagged aswell, and no RAW adjustments can be made...why??
Could someone help me on this pls..
Thank you!

This can have a few causes, but the most common is that you (accidently) use the program in the so-called DB mode. DB stands for digital back, and is the full-featured version of Capture One, it is free, but does not allow you to adjust or process DSLR raw files.
Check the license state in the Capture One menu. If Capture One DB is selected, choose another option (activate with your key or use the trial period if it still lasts).0
