C1 Pro6 Folders mixed in with other folders!!!

Don't know hmow, but the folders that the probgram sets up (captures, trash, outputs, etc) have gotten some other folders mixed in with them. Question is:
Can I make a new master folder for the project, drag the appropriate folders into it and have it work? Will things reconnect properly?

    Reread your post a few times, hope I understand you correctly. I think you basically ask whether you can create a new session (answer: yes) and move the content of the old session in the the folders of the new (answer: yes).

    Could I not just literally make a folder, then put the previously created folders that have all the files into it, along with the little C1P controller (whatever it's called) into that folder? YOur solution seems to be more complex, and I'm afraid of complicating things further.
