Output Tool has gone missing

I accidently clicked on the "Close Tool" part of the output section of the Process Recipes. How do I get the Output tool to reappear? I can no longer output any images. Thanks!

    The shortest route: Window menu, Workspace, Default (or other workspace if you have saved one).
    Other route: right-click (ctrl-click) in free space on tool tab and select the (missing) tool.
