C1 Pro Failure to launch

Just downloaded C1,, installed,, but once trial is selected, and Try button hit, program shows splash screen,, then nothing ,, help please.

capable machine quad core vista premium, 2gig ram

    It seems no one is able to respond,,, ah well, in the meantime, the trial period ticks away,,,
    I should listened to the wise and leave this pos well alone,,, back to lightroom,,
    sorry phase one,, if you want people to use (or even evaluate your product) then effective support is required,,,,
