Capture One seems to have ended !!
I bought Capture One LE with a Leica M8 and today, trying to open Capture One, a message appeared telling me that Capture One seems to have ended (expired). (in french : "Capture One semble avoir expiré,l'application va se fermer") Concequently I can't open it. Why? Can you help me, I have to be able to use it quickly.

It seems to me (but correct me if I am wrong) that the trial or test period has ended. Have you used your license key already that came with the software in the M8 box? 0 -

You need to fill in the license key in the program to activate it for permanent use.0 -

A support ticket - which Mikkel suggest - refers to the possibility that you ask Phase One directly of support. You can go to http://support.phaseone.com/, login and provide the question.
To be honest, the web site is a bit confusing in its layout. I am afraid that you need your son's help to do it as well.
I believe that when you go to the Help menu in Capture One 4, License Information, you can type your license key and you should be up and running without opening a support ticket.0 -
I can't go in the help menu because i cant open Capture one and my son come back on friday!!! I have a photo work to finish today. I can use Photoshop but i feel not very well with it. I prefer to work with your sytem to develop the RAW. May i can reinstate Capture One with my the CD. Do you think I can use the CD a other time? I install with it one time only. It is very important because it is the first job for a new client (the city Quimper). Thank you to your assistance. 0 -
Are you running Capture One 3 LE or Capture One 4?
If you can't open Capture One because the trial period has expired, there is the option to activate it. Can you choose this option and enter the license key?0 -
What is your mother tongue language? you may find someone here speaking YOUR language…
in the meantime do a search for all phaseone files in HD/library and user/library
delete them and try to start again, you should have have a chance for CO working again as a trial version (until you can register)0 -
