Canon 5DsR Disconnect

As of today my Canon 5DsR and Capture One 8.3.4 and IMac 2014 Running Yosemite I get random disconnects. The camera will be going along fine and will disconnect and reconnect. I have done nothing software wise or months.

    My guess... you've done something to stress the port or cable over time. Try another cable if you can.

    Check to see if the camera is recognized by the computer or if Capture One is at fault. Under System Profiler, check the USB section (while the camera is connected). If it's not seen then likely it is a hardware failure, either the USB port (on camera as well as iMac) or a failing cable.
