Capture One Express v Lightroom 5

I am presently assessing trials of both and on the whole I am more impressed with IQ from Capture One.I appreciate at the price differential there will be some elements missing from the cheaper product,however I really miss dust spot correction and healing with CO.Are there any plans to sell elements such as this separately,alternatively does anyone know of a good cheap(or free?!) dust spot removal and healing tool?

    You can generally find some pretty good deals on PhotoShop Elements which will do what you want. Perhaps not really cheap, but quite reasonable when you consider the other things it will do that LR and CO cannot do.
    BTW, I use all three for their strengths.
