Sandisk Extreme III Offer anyone?

Has anyone in the UK managed to find a Extreme III card with the LE special offer?
I've tried various retailers, and they all say that they are still going through old stock.
This is for a limited time starting on Oct 15th!
Does anyone from Phase One (Keith?) know anything about this?
I've tried to contact Sandisk, but the UK site just has some awkward US call centre.

    i have just got a extreme 3 card from picstop 15/11 with software, but having trouble activating it.

Because this is a SanDisk promotion and the bundle is distributed by SanDisk's channels. We suggest you continue your quest by contacting SanDisk retailers directly .

    Phase One will support issues regarding the activation of Capture One LE.
    I encourage you to use our Support site and create a case regarding your activation.
