Need image smaller than "fit" in Viewer. feature request?
In Capture One 3.x I was able to custom resize my preview image to make it slightly smaller than the window. It allowed me to present the image to my clients without the distraction of the toolbars touching the top/bottom of the image (it was framed with the background area).
I find that in CO4 that the smallest I can make the image in the Viewer is "Fit", meaning that the top/bottom edges of the image touch the toolbars. It's very distracting to me, particularly because I like to present the images with a white or light grey background. And with models, I prefer to zoom the image smaller so they don't see all the incredible (and sometimes disturbing to them) skin detail.
What's worse is that in a 2 monitor setup there isn't even a border on the lower edge, so the image is either framed by the dock or whatever is on your desktop!
Why are we limited to the "fit" as the smallest size?

Requests have been heard and this feature will be available sooner rather than later. 😊 0 -
thanks, after posting this I realized I should open up a support ticket about it... just got the response.
"Dear Eric,
this is a feature that will be added in the upcoming release of Capture One. For the moment in version 4.8.3 there is no workaround and I am sorry for the inconvenience on your behalf, but I hope you can wait for the next release.
I cannot give you details on the release date as it has not been finalized yet, but our developers are working very hard on it and soon it will enter the testing stage of development.
Thank you very much for your understanding and for contacting us.
With kind regards,
Jakub

I know I should open a feature request ticked but this is such a silly thing that I can't be bothered to contact support. However, while Phase is in a listening mood....
Another little niggle is the processed gear/wheel on developed images in the browser.
In C1 4 they are grey and in many circumstances, invisible.
Can we have the green process icon back as in C1 3.... pretty please! 😄0 -
Good Idea! The green process Icon was very visible.
What I also realize : the processed gear/wheels just change their color when I move my mouse. If I don't move the mouse they stay on "unprocessed" until I move the mouse.
