Previews Not Resolving w 6.3.5

After importing images via CF cards - and waiting the appropriate time for the Preview Pop Up Window to generate previews - images in Main Preview Pane AND Focus Tool Pane do not resolve fully. They remain pixelated.

Restarting computer allows me to view 4 or 5 images properly, but eventually all images become pixelated again.

I have cleared the phaseone.captureone.plist preference and it doesn't help. C1 Pro 6.3.5 and 6.3.4 give same results.

Running 10.6.8 on Mac 3.33 6-Core with 24 GB of RAM on ATI Radeon HD 5870 graphics card.

  Best to create a support case they should be able to get to the bottom of it. It may be that you have a corrupt preview proxie. Try deleting the proxi folder in the folder that you are trying to preview. Create a new session if that doesn't work.

  The import from CF card is likely not related, unless of course the files now have improper permissions access (very unlikely),
  The more likely issue is the 5870 Graphic's Card. Try to turn the OpenCL in the Capture One Preferences to "Never". If that resolves the issue then the 5870 may not be working to spec of Apple is due to update the drivers.
