Cannot run installer in OS X 10.5.1

Hi.. I am trying to upgrade my C1Pro to the latest version, but the CaptureOnePRO_377_3122.dmg will not let me run the installer - it keeps quitting. Is this version Leopard compatible or do I need to wait for the release of V.4? ANy suggestions please? Thanks, David
