batch processing... naming

good day,
we are unable to correctly name our captured files during a batch process... i.e. we shoot, name the file appropriately then continue shooting. once ready to batch process, the files open in P.S. with a different name?? we tried various file naming formats but it never works properly. it only saves correctly if we process the captured file individually. not great for our work flow.

  In the process tab check file naming, different menthods can be used in the drop down \"Compositions\" and what the file name will be can be see just under that in \"Sample\" window.

  thanks for the suggestion...
  we used \"job name only\" but the thumbnails always include the folder name and it seems like a camera counter as well? in the \"capture naming preferences\", everything has been checked off, erraced and the counter reduced to one zero.
  basically, we want to name our images, shoot, process at the end of the day, save the images in P.S. without having to rename eachone of them. can we do this?

  Please provide information if you are shooting directly to computer from a Phase One camera back or you are importing images from CF from a 35mm camera.

  yes we are importing directly from the Lightphase digital back which is mounted on an older hasselblad camera.
