Help..new

I downloaded the pro version I get the menu bar and I activated the software but I get no user interface just the menu bar. I can open and quit with the icon in the dock. No interface just menu bar???? thank you in advance for your help. One complaint with this software there seems to be no way to talk to a tech person.........

  Did you have started a new session from the menu bar?
