Processed photos are not readable...
Lately when I process photo's (100% scale JPEG sRGB) the resulting files are not readable "IF" I have Use OpenCL set to Auto to make use of my Video Card processor (GeForce GTX 960 4GB) . If I turn off OpenCL the files are readable after processing, but take much longer to process.
Sometimes the first image or two will process fine wit OpenCL on, but then it bugs out and images start processing every 1/2 second or so. Turn off OpenCL and alls fine.
Reason I recently built this PC with a fast video card is to take advantage of OpenCL and now it's not usable.

Well, you might find another user with a solution to the problem but I would suggest that you should really create a Support Case and ask the Capture One Support Team for guidance. This might also help them to collect knowledge about why GPUs do not always work as expected.
In the meantime one obvious thing to look at is the GPU driver. Is it the latest software? If not try updating. If it is, try downgrading. The manufacturers of peripheral hardware do not always provide updates that provide good continuity. Come to think of it the creators of Operating Systems don't always provide good unbroken continuity either as the recent "security" update from MS illustrates.
HTH.

I had a similar problem a while ago.
At the time I was using an older driver for my Nvidia card. When I exported to JPEG with OpenCL enabled, a significant number were corrupt (truncated) and couldn't be opened.
The reason I was using an older driver was that the more recent ones I had tried had made my Windows 7 PC unstable, causing it to lock up.
However when I subsequently upgraded to the latest Nvidia driver, the corrupt JPEGs stopped happening (including with OpenCL enabled) and my PC has been stable ever since.

Yes, I'm using the most current nvidia driver. I tried downgrading one step and the result was the same... don't really want to go to far backwards video driver wise. 0 -

Definitely sounds like a Support Case required.
Which Windows version are you running?

Backing it up one more step to a 2015.5.18 driver did the trick and makes processed files readable again. 0
